We're located along 225 East Coast Road S(428922) and you can check us out more from our Instagram: @GoodChaiPeople Job Responsibilities • Following the recipes and coffee/chai/beverage preparation SOPs STRICTLY to ensure consistency. • Preparing homemade specialty chai, and specialty coffee. • Preparing simple sandwiches and pastries. • Working the espresso machine at Good Chai People. • Maintaining and taking care of the espresso machine. • Providing good customer service with sufficient product knowledge to handle queries. • Stocktaking and inventory. • Serving of menu items and clearing of tables. • Ensuring a high level of hygiene in food and beverage handling. • Sweeping and mopping, disposal of garbage, washing of toilet. • Ensuring that Good Chai People is safe and clean in accordance to the guidelines set out by Singapore Food Agency (SFA). Job Requirements • Minimum of 5 years experience as a barista. • At least 2 years experience in a F&B management role. • Able to implement policies and instructions set out by the Company. • High level of responsibility. • Takes initiative. • Neat and presentable. • Friendly and outgoing. • Familiar with IT softwares (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). • Able to proficiently utilise WA, emails, and Facebook or Instagram. • Speaks fluent English and Mandarin. • Able to type/write proficiently in English. • Able to do latte art. • Able to follow SOPs and recipes in making menu items.
