We are looking for an Administrator (Photo & Video Studio) with at least 1 year of working experience and who is able to work independently. Some traits that we appreciate include the ability to communicate well with different stakeholders, a positive attitude, organized with your work, responsible and able to meet deadlines.
You must have a background in Videography and/or Photography.
Job Responsibilities:
• Liaising with clients/client management prior to/during and after shoots.
• Respond to customer enquiries through emails, calls, messages and social media accounts.
• Prepare quotations and send invoices.
• Handle operations of the photo and video studio bookings by welcoming customers in and showing clients where the equipment is.
• Manage and maintain studio equipment and cleanliness.
• Prepare staff roster to ensure manpower is available to cover studio bookings and photo/video shoots.
• Administration.
• Keying of Expenses.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Account Management & Admin.
• Background in Videography and/or Photography and familiar with industry jargon.
• Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
• Proactive and a good communicator.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Work Days:
• 5 Day Work Week (at least a Saturday or Sunday in the work week).
• On certain days when the studio has no event, work from home is allowed.
