Mito Health is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our newly launched startup! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, user experience, and user interface design. Job responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to develop product design strategies. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to communicate design concepts and solutions. • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design. • Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. • Apply a user-centered design approach to ensure products are intuitive and easy to use. Job requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field. • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. • Comfortable with fast paced iterations and changes in priorities if needed. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
