Responsibilities:
● Refining our business ops process in our customised worksheet services, content building & tutor matching enabled by customised technology & software.
● Customer service for our customised worksheets service. Directly talking to and helping our customers.
● To handle the day-to-day operations of the business
● Back-office administration including handling client documents and data management
Requirements:
● At least an 'O' Level, 'A' Level or a Diploma
● Some customer servicing and admin working experience
● Able to start work immediately and commit at least 3 months duration
● Energetic & good communicators
● Working Knowledge of MS Office and Excel
