We are looking for an intern to aid in the marketing of each event to potential sponsors. This role will be crucial in establishing a connection between brands and sponsors. Job Description: • The intern will be assisting in generating leads and building awareness of ERM and its events. • Coordinating participants, arranging schedules and activities • Assist in the coordination and operation of each event, and fringe events. • Take part in the planning stage, and follow up with the necessary. • Assist in preparing decks and proposals for each potential sponsor, after the initial meeting. • Media planning to maximize exposure throughout the pre and post-pageant period using Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Job Requirements: • Proficiency in written and spoken English. • Creative / design skills are desirable, with user proficiency in Photoshop / Illustrator (optional) • Good Interpersonal Skills/Prior Customer Service Experience.
