Job Description: • Responsible for retail duties including cashiering and in facilitating the customer experience. • Handling communications with customers and upselling of company products. • Attend to sales enquiries and follow up on sales leads. • Any other ad-hoc tasks as advised. Job Requirements: • Knowledge in Pokémon and sports TCG will be highly preferable. • Outspoken, positive, and possess good interpersonal skills. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. • Results-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines. • Creative and resourceful. • Able to work on weekends and PH. • Able to commit retail hours (12:00pm - 8:30pm).
