Though we specialise mainly in these areas we are still open in other insurance areas that you can think of. We represent the Major, Financially Sound Insurance, companies in the country hence we are not limited to the products of only one company. This enables us to customise the coverage to your needs yet offering the most competitive rates in the industry.

Why we do

Our present objective is to create franchise outlets around Singapore making AA a local brand (and subsequently a regional brand, expanding overseas). This will create horizontal and vertical growth in our Singapore economy. At the same time, it helps us to train and groom more young entrepreneurs and business minded individuals

How we do

We are constantly emphasising on building customer relationships through the simple act of showing dignity and respect to the customers. Open communication helps in the expansion of our current services by making sure that everything is done honestly and ethically. Hence even if we are just an intermediary, we promise that the service provided exceeds the customer’s expectation with no additional cost. In every recommendation that is made, we make sure that it is based on our best expertise.

As a new team member

AA International Insurance positions itself as a One-Stop Insurance Provider specialising namely in; General and Corporate Insurance. Though we specialise mainly in these areas we are still open in other insurance areas that you can think of. Job Responsibilities: • Ensuring strong customer service levels are met in line with Company objectives. • Supporting the customer service team in resolving escalated issues or complaints. • Collaborating effectively with supply chain, sales and other teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery. • Developing plans to improve customer experience and satisfaction along with other internal stakeholders. Recruiting, training, coaching and performance managing the customer service team. • Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness. • Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business. • Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness. • Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals. • Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts. • Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency. • Managing a team of 6-10 people. Job Requirements: • You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service, Sales Operations / Support or Telesales role, ideally within the Consulting and Telecommunications industry. • You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales and Enterprise Sales. • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments Make an impact in the insurance industry today!
