How we do

We work with clients around the world in six core areas: Skin Care, Hair Care, Oral Care, Health Care, Environmental Care, and Pet Care. Over the years, we’ve collaborated with over 250 brands and stocked the shelves of pharmacies, clinics, independent stores and retail chains in over 38 countries such as Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Sri Lanka, India, Dubai, Turkey, Philippines, Vietnam, China, Taiwan, Kuwait, USA, Hong Kong and Korea. At Biocomm, we see ourselves as a part of our client’s team. We work very closely with them. And we walk with them through the entire product development process – from concept right up to the marketplace. Clients who don’t require end-to-end services, they’re always welcome to join us at any stage of the product development process.

As a new team member

As an E-commerce Marketing Creative, you will be the master of managing E-commerce sales via various digital campaigns across various platforms. You'll also brainstorm ideas and strategies for client retention through marketing channels. Eager to be part of the sales growth success? This role is calling for you! Job Responsibilities: • Plan, propose, and manage monthly promotions across all brands. • Generate monthly reports of sales, revenue and stock count with finance. • Deal and manage Qoo10, Lazada, and Shopee platforms and in-house websites. • Process orders daily for end-to-end fulfilment of sales generated. • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies across all in-house brands. • Measure and report the performance of all digital campaigns against goals (ROIs and KPIs). • Knowledge of working with Adobe software applications, not compulsory but preferred. • Plan, Manage and Execute offline marketing activities with the marketing team. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and take a professional approach when dealing with challenges. Job Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree qualified, ideally within Marketing/Business/Management/E-commerce. • Preferably minimum 2 years of working experience in the E-commerce sector. • Strong analytical skills and business acumen. • Strong communication skills with excellent command of English. • Meticulous and creative thinker who can work independently. • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint. • Results-driven and able to work under pressure. • Understanding various CMS platforms (wix, shopify, wordpress etc.). • Experience with the FMCG industry is preferred but not compulsory. • Good command of English and Mandarin.
