As a new team member

The Role The People Operations Specialist will help with the day-to-day functioning of the Japan entity from a HR perspective, with particular focus on local labor laws, liaising with service vendors, helping with GA matters around the office and others. What You'll Do - Liaise with People team to handle internal HR matters (internal initiatives, visas, etc) - Liaise with Service providers and local counsel to handle external HR matters and regulatory concerns (employee policies, local social insurance regulations, insurance, etc) - Manage general admin matters for the Japan office - Execute Talent Acquisition tasks as needed Who You Are - At least 3 years of proven working experience in Human Resources - Knowledge of Japanese Labor Laws - Strong English communication skills and at least Native Japanese communication skills - Startup experience is a plus
