Job Roles and Responsibilities:
• Developing metrics, methodologies, and tools for measuring outputs and impacts in line with best practices and stakeholders’ requirements such as donors, certifying bodies, Footprinting unit, AtSource, and Communications.
• Periodically updating key metrics, definitions, and survey tools according to evolving best practices, knowledge, and industry or program-specific requirements.
• Conducting ESG evaluation, assessment, engagement, and research of companies across the various asset classes.
• Generating ESG-related research thought leadership, strategies, and actionable ideas in thematic and strategy research reports.
• Providing guidance and advice within the product management group and relationship managers across the DQ-affiliated entities about ESG thought leadership.
• Communicating with clients, media groups and investors.
• Preparing ESG recommendations and scoring.
• Any other duties as designated.
Job Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
• University degree and MBA/MA preferred.
• Previous ESG research experience preferred.
