You will be responsible for driving new sales through the cold calling of leads or sales enquiries provided by the company. Being driven and self-motivated will be an essential quality to ensure the achievement of your monthly sales target. You will be reporting directly to the managing director of the company. Job Responsibilities: • Developing new corporate accounts by tele cold calling. • Following up on sales enquiries provided by the company. • Working with purchasing colleague to get costing. • Preparing sales quotation and send to clients. • Consistently following up with clients on the sales quotation. • Face-to-face presentation of corporate gift samples to clients. • Understanding clients’ requirements to be able to negotiate on price and other details to ensure a high closing rate. • Providing after-sales service such as managing of orders such as requesting of required files from customers, working with the internal team for visuals/mock-up samples, updating clients on delivery and handling any rectification of quality issues. • Maintaining good relationships with potential and existing clients. • Meeting of monthly sales target. Job Requirements: • ‘O’ Levels and above. • ORD Personnels/ ITE/ Polytechnic fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided. • Basic computer knowledge in MS Excel, Word and Outlook is a must. • Basic written Mandarin will be an advantage in communicating with colleagues in China. • Extremely self-motivated, result orientated and pro-active. • Able to work at Genting Lane area.
