We are seeking for energetic, passionate and diligent Interns to join our creative team. This position will give you the excellent experience as part of an ambitious and fast growing startup. Ensuring that you foster your creative and creator skill-sets for your future platform. Your scope of work will include but is not limited to: - Lead merchandising strategies - Run sales reports weekly/monthly - Review P&L monthly - Analyse sales trends to review and validate inventory requirements; create optimal inventory and sell thru strategies for full price channels - Thinking “out of the box” constantly to develop new product/store ideas - Responsible for selecting product, meeting suppliers, placing order, and maintaining day-to-day relationship with Suppliers - Review weekly sales performance to identify potential re-order opportunities and recommend styles that require markdowns - Review market analysis for emerging trends in colours, materials, and categories - Communicate new ideas for improvements and opportunities with other departments - Perform continuous competitor analysis by researching runways, blogs, websites, magazines, etc - Follow up with suppliers, product pricing, responsible for repricing and markdowns - Assist in order placement - Manage pricing strategy and effectively maintain stock and catalogue planning Requirements: - Strong interest in and understanding of fashion - Ability to sketch fashion designs - Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision - Positive attitude, energetic approach, team player and self-motivation are all essential. - Strong interpersonal and social skills. - Results driven attitude. - Ability to work in a fast developing working environment - Very strong drive and will to make a difference - Problem-solving skills with proactive and positive working attitude - Fluent in English (written and spoken). - Fluent in Chinese (written and spoken). - Must have a SAUCEink, Facebook, WhatsApp and Skype account, if not register one. - Must own your own laptop or desktop.
