We provide services to domestic non-telecom operator customers like government agencies, industrial customers and small and medium enterprises as well as overseas customers. Our service coverage is spread across the nation and we have also extended our business to dozens of countries and regions globally.
• Provide 7x24 shift NOC operations, such as remote hand service, customer support, hotline, etc.
• Perform remote hand service based on the customer.
• Supervise Vendors to carry out scheduled NOC maintenance, structure cable installation, cross-connect installation, rack installation, etc.
• Escort customers for Data Halls visit.
• Escalate problem/incident to tier 2 engineers or shift manager.
• Incident handling.
• Assist Manager / Engineer to handle Customers’ IT equipment racks & equipment move-in.
• Perform cable connection test for Customers’ IT equipment
• Assist Manager to update Inventory list / Asset list …etc.
• Temperature monitoring
• Higher Diploma or higher in IT/Network/Communication-related subject
• Good working attitude
• Minimum 1 years experience of NOC operation in the Data Centre/Telecommunications industry
• Familiar with NOC resource management, such as rack space, cable management … etc.
• Shift duty required
• Provide 7 x 24 Emergency service
• Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
•Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and escort Chinese-speaking customers for Data Halls visits)
