Responsibility:
-Identify and drive new client acquisition
-Qualify leads from different sources as viable sales opportunities
-Present the company to prospective clients
-Identify client requirements and channel them to the relevant team
-Establish long-term relationships with the clients
-Seek new business opportunities in the market proactively
-Build leads by leveraging knowledge of business trends and competitors, and recommending solutions for clients’ business needs
-Manage a pipeline of prospects using a CRM (customer relationship management) system like Salesforce to track activities and monitor progress
-Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner and client outreach and relationship management
-Report on successes and areas needing improvements
-Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
-Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Minimum qualification :
-Bachelor’s Degree
-At least 2 years experience in B2B Sales & Account Management
-Proficient in CRM Tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, or equivalent)
-Good understanding of PM software (eg. Asana)
-Good written and spoken command of English
-Good communication skills
-Good organisation skills
-Have a strong interest in blockchain technology
