As a new team member

Shine Arts Creative Studio is expanding its team and is currently looking for a (Part-Time) Administrative Assistant. Job Description: The Studio Administrative Assistant works closely within the Studio to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio operations. • Reception duties such as filing/copying/scanning (inclusive of handling enquiries (phone/messages/email). • Prepare / Record / Update Student attendance and monitor students’ movements in the studio. • Generate Invoices and ensure timely collection of payments. • Provide excellent customer service to Parents / Students / Customers. • Facilitate Student enrolment and follow-up registration and payment. • Update system record and ensure accuracy of data. • Assist the Art Teachers when required. • Conducts lessons (if the Teacher is NOT available). • Oversee and supervise the Art Teachers. • Maintain student database (to ensure that it is updated daily). • Provide facilities management for the studio. • Manage Art / General supplies for Studio's operation. • Ensure the tidiness & cleanliness of the Studio on a daily basis. • Ordering and Purchasing Studio necessities (when required). • Pre and Onboarding of any new Art Teacher / Intern. • Need to be able to work closely with the Founder. • Any other duties as assigned by Studio Founder. Requirements • Able to converse fluently in English. • Customer-oriented. • Cheerful, sociable and able to work well with the current team. • Enjoy working and able to communicate well with Parents and Students. • Independent, meticulous and able to produce quality work. • Eye for detail. • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel and Word. • Have knowledge of Art (Preferred). • Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma. • Able to work on Weekdays (2 - 3 times per week).
