Job Responsibilities: • Full cycle recruitment from sourcing for candidates to interviewing candidates. • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs • Recommend suitable candidates to respective clients. • Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates. • Work with various partners for placement opportunities. • Maintain recruitment database and systems. • Participate in physical and virtual career fairs to attract job jobseekers. • Provide career advisory services to job seekers. • Assist in career development & training workshops for job seekers. • Assist in any other duties as needed.
