Account manager role:
Responsibilities
•Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
•Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
•Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
•Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement within the business
•Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
•Prepare reports on account status
•Collaborate with the team to identify and grow opportunities
•Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements
•Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
•Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
•Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contract ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements
• Experience in customer support is a plus
