As a new team member
Job Responsibilities:
• Drafting and posting of the job descriptions on various recruitment platforms.
• Looking for potential career prospects via recruitment platforms.
• Arrange for interviews/follow-up interviews.
• Conduct interviews.
• Screening of interviews.
• Follow through the whole onboarding process.
• Brainstorming on new ideas for recruitment activities (on zoom or physical events).
Expectations of Candidate:
• Full of ideas.
• Must be comfortable with calling potential candidates to schedule interviews and conducting interviews via zoom.
• Able to think out of the box and create methods for implementation.
• Keen to learn, brainstorm and have a positive attitude.
• Prior experience or knowledge on the financial industry and recruiting will be a PLUS!
Work Environment:
• Open office concept with free seating and a view.
• Chill vibes.
Work Details:
• Working Hours: Flexible.
• Location: Office @ Alexandra.
• Work-Life Balance: 3 days work week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
• Preferably able to work through till January 2023.
