• Manage paid advertising and social media campaign creatives.
• Develops content calendars based on marketing objectives.
• Collaborates with Performance Marketers and makes strategic creative decisions for next ad deliveries based on performance learnings.
• Reviews and provides clear and actionable feedback to editors, graphic designers, and content creators.
• Be involved in creative concept proposals and presentations.
• Implements performance creative best practices by platform.
• Leads creative kick-off.
• Leads internal creative brainstorms.
• Creates briefs for Editors / Designers.
• Follows production of concepts from A to Z, manages timeline.
• Ensures on-time delivery by managing feedback and requests.
• Needs to handle native video content filming.
• Controls the quality of concepts being presented.

• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, and/or experience with other ad platforms including TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Nice to have: Facebook Creative Strategy Certification.
• Previous experience in conversion-led ad creation.
• Paid social Advertising or Direct Response experience /writing samples are a big plus.
• Strong analytical skills: Can analyze and interpret data to draw conclusions about creative executions.
• Can recognize patterns in advertising and re-apply them.
• Can recognize gaps in the persuasiveness of messaging/visuals.
• Can recognize confusing or unclear messaging/visuals.
• Curiosity / Intellectual humility and a strong interest in social media.
• Communication: Can grasp and explain complex concepts to others. Can formulate solid responses to questions on the fly.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Eager to learn new ideas, even when those go against their preconceived notions.
• Digs deep when they don’t know something. Is comfortable with being wrong and learning from it.
