We are inviting an individual bearing our same beliefs and culture, to join our growing team as a Project Executive. Reporting to our Senior Manager for Projects, you will ideally come from a Business, Communications, Digital Media, Computer Science or Medical background, and enjoy collaborating with people across all levels, geographic locations, and different walks of life. As Project Executive, your core responsibility is to ensure that our client's requirements are well understood, and coordinate our teams in China, India, Thailand and Indonesia to ensure that our clients' projects are well-managed and completed on schedule. JOB DESCRIPTION As Project Executive, your responsibilities include: • Meeting with clients to discuss and define their needs and requirements • Developing in-depth knowledge around client's businesses, products and services • Serve as primary day-to-day support contact for key clients across Asia/Global • Orchestrate small to large scale projects that range from low to high complexity. Plan, coordinate team resources and monitor projects to meet deadline, quality and budget requirements • Aligned with a culture of excellence, aimed at consistently meeting stringent industry and customer specific quality standards • Assisting with MediqTrans' digital marketing efforts • Direct report to Senior Manager for Projects REQUIREMENTS The perfect fit for this role: • Self-motivated and positive individual, with a keen interest towards learning and self-improvement • Equally strong interest to put into practise acquired knowledge • Highly organised, with a meticulous eye for detail and errors • Able to prioritise work and multi-task, and to work well independently and as a team • Self-disciplined with good interpersonal and communication skills, loves collaborating with people • Keep a cool head and perform well under pressure and tight deadlines • Dip/Grad. with a background in Business, Communications, Digital Media, Computer Science or Medical • Minimum 1 year relevant experience preferred WHAT WILL CANDIDATES LEARN We believe in developing our people through mentoring and guidance, so that they can be more effective in their role and their impact to our clients. With this as the foundation, we develop trust and long lasting relationships with our clients and with each other. 3) Extensive use of business technology - We started with "digital" in mind, and we're pretty much a "paperless" company. All of our clients' projects are managed through web-based tools that were developed in-house and custom-built to meet our business needs. As you use these tools in the course of your work, you will witness first-hand how a traditional business digitises its manual processes to benefit itself and clients. 4) How to grow from failure - We constantly aim for perfection, but make mistakes on occasion.
