Responsibilities:
• Work, handle & manage the events sites
• Assist in Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding of Employees
• Train and work with new events crew members
• Plan & organize customer service training within the events teams
• Follow up with all events sites in-charge to ensure they achieve clients' expected results
• Provide solutions to the teams and clients in such situations if results are not met
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients
• Propose, organize & direct upcoming marketing campaigns for clients.
Working Days & Hours:
• Mondays to Fridays
• 1 Saturday per month
Requirements:
• All entry levels are welcome!
• Able to converse fluently in English
• Good student mentality & multi-taskers
• Hands-on & people person
