We shifted the conversation not just for Great Eastern, but the entire category, based on the insight that Life Insuyrance is more about life, and less about insurance. We did this through a brand campaign, and the creations of acts that turned Great Eastern from a Life Insurance company to a Life Company.
The campaign was not only successful in helping reduce the average number of meetings for agents to convert a client from over 20 to less than 7, but it inspired AIA to change their tagline to "The Real Life Company."
