Capital Projects & Infrastructure
Government Bus Contracting in Singapore – Advised a UK bus operator on its two bids to run bus operations in Singapore. The Land Transport Authority (“LTA”) of Singapore is tendering out the right to operate busses in Singapore by taking over some bus routes, interchanges and bus depots. My client lost the first bid (even though it passed the quality proposal stage) but won the second bid, beating 9 other contenders. I assisted in creating and reviewing the inputs for the financial model. I also worked on most parts of the Financial Model to create a competitive bid price. Provision of advisory services for the procurement of Changi NEWater Plant 2, Singapore – I helped the Public Utilities Board (“PUB”) evaluate the bids submitted to procure a “Design-Build-Own-Operate” PPP. I evaluated the bid submissions by determining if they met the eligibility criteria of the tender, and also analyzed their financial and quality proposals to advise the PUB on which bidder should be chosen. Project Bright - Our client created a financial model to value some of its assets. I reviewed the financial model to look for structural and logical errors in the model.

Project Noble - Assisted in creating a financial model to value an educational institution with multiple subsidiaries in multiple parts of the world. Project Sindicatum - Assisted in creating a financial model to value a waste treatment plant for a green energy company.
