In Why by Lonsdale, we embrace diversity.

Yesterday, we grabbed the opportunity to bond over Lohei and were treated to a lion dance troupe in office. It was an excellent opportunity for those of our staff who are new in Singapore to be able to experience the festivities and melting pot of cultures our country offers.

In Chinese culture, the lion symbolises strength and wisdom, and the lion dance is believed to help bring good fortune for the year ahead. To usher in luck and prosperity, we were delighted to have 2 lions and the exuberant troupe bless our office. We rounded up with the traditional custom of "cai qing" 採青, literally meaning to "pluck the greens".
