Q1. スキルハウスに入社した理由 / Why did you chose Skillhouse?
社長にスカウトされました！私は既に3年以上の360°リクルートコンサルタントとしての経験がありましたが、純粋にビジネス開発やクライアントとの関係に集中できるアカウントエグゼクティブのポジションに挑戦したいと思っていました。/ The President scouted me, which I thought was a good first impression. I had been a 360 recruitment consultant for over 3 years, and wanted to try the Account Executive position where I can focus purely on business development and client relationship.　

Q2. 毎日の仕事内容と、そのやりがいについて教えてください / Please tell us about your daily tasks.
候補者やクライアントとのミーティング、電話、フォローアップ、インタビューへの参加など。/ Meetings, phone calls, follow ups and joining interviews with candidates/clients – which is not common when I worked a permanent recruitment desk.

Q3. スキルハウスで働くことの一番の魅力は何ですか？/ What is the best appeal of working in Skillhouse?
人が素晴らしいことです。私たちのチームは、4層構造になっていて、チームワークが成功の鍵を握っています。以前、360°リクルーターとして、ソーシング、候補者のコーディネーション、採用などすべての業務を行っていました。今では、純粋に新規クライアント開拓に集中することができます。大きなチームが私をサポートし、クライアントのために働いてくれています。/ The people are fantastic. We work in a 4-tier system meaning teamwork is critical for our success. I used to do everything (sourcing, candidate coordinator and personnel) as a 360 recruiter. Now I can focus purely on new business/total consumption. I have a big team supporting me and working for my clients.

Q4. この仕事をしているときのモチベーションは何ですか？/ What motivate you when you working in Skillhouse?
恐怖と疑念が私のモチベーションを高めてくれます。（笑）私は、ヒーローの旅で負け犬になるのが好きです。みんなが間違っていることを証明したいんです。/ Fear and doubt motivates me. I love being the underdog in my hero’s journey. I’m out to prove everyone wrong.

Q5. セールスプロフェッショナルとして成長するために最も重要なことは何だと思いますか？/ What do you think is most important for your growth as Sales professional?
私にとって有効なのは、ストイシズムとマキアヴェッリの考え方を持つという哲学です。
ストイシズム：途中で失敗することも多いので、自分の感情をコントロールする必要があります。
マキアヴェッリ：結果だけが重要である。/ What works for me is the philosophy of having a Stoicism and Machiavelli mindset.
Stoicism - There will be many failures along the way, so you need to control your emotions.
Machiavelli - The end result is the only thing that matters.

＊＊私の趣味 / My hobby＊＊
一番の趣味は試合（ワールドスター、ボクシング、MMA）の観戦・参加。また2017年から暗号通貨の取引をしており、今年から株式取引も始めました。/ My biggest passion is watching/participating in fights (Worldstar, boxing, MMA) and I also have been trading cryptocurrencies since 2017 and I started the stock market this year.
