Before joining RGF I was working three years for a boutique headhunting firm in Tokyo specializing in the medical device industry.

I’m originally from Sweden and majored in Japanese language in university. After graduation I moved to Tokyo working for a private company running nursing homes. After two years I got the opportunity to join the recruiting industry working for a boutique headhunting firm specializing in the healthcare industry.

Among other available options I had, RGF has a very strong brand in the market and offer great resources to its employees to be successful. This together with the positive atmosphere I felt from the interviewers and Managing Director, came up to my decision of joining RGF in June 2017.

現在

I’m a part of the healthcare team at RGF. Specialized in the medical device industry I’m building our medical device business. I focus on functions in the Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance and Clinical Development space.

A healthy business for medical device recruitment in Japan requires a network of good relationship with many clients, and remain this good relationship for future business opportunities. Therefore my focus since joining RGF has been heavily on the business development side. At present RGF is building the healthcare team, so my responsibility has been to make sure we have a good platform to stand on to fully support our candidates when their time comes to take the next step in their career. There is a true excitement building relationship with new clients and I really enjoy this new challenge.

RGF is a headhunting business that is a part of Recruit Holdings. RGF has office in 47 locations over Asia and is growing its business rapidly in Japan.

The management offers a good mixture of guidance/coaching and freedom to do the job the way you prefers doing it which is a very important aspect for me.

Our medical device team is currently growing and I am being a part of this growth. I foresee a continued growth of our team and our medical device business in Japan. I’m very excited being a part of this growth and will do what I can to contribute to further prosperity for the RGF healthcare team.

I want to contribute to our healthcare team by establishing good relationship with our clients and be able to offer a wide variety of options to our candidates when they look for their next career step.
