What we do
We are one of the first Taiwanese Restaurants to enter Singapore in 2002. We want to bring families a taste of Taiwanese comfort food. Lai Lai Taiwan Casual Dining, a Le Singa Holding Pte Ltd subsidiary, was established in 2002. We specialise in Taiwanese delicacies and serve the famous beef noodles which originated from Taipei Hotel.
Why we do
Since 2002, Lai Lai has been specialising in Taiwanese cuisine. Our broth’s secret ingredient is still imported from Taiwan and our Springy Noodle is manufactured exclusively for us! To bring out the best in our Braised Beef Noodles, have it with Lai Lai’s freshly made Taiwanese Chili! A little something more to make you completely fall in love with us, Lai Lai is one of the first few brands to introduce Taiwanese Bubble Tea to Singapore!
How we do
The secret of our beef noodles is the broth, with excellent chunks of tender braised beef. Springy noodles are served piping hot, topped with pickled mustard greens and a good combination of their signature chillies. We also recommend other dishes, such as our Braised Pork Rice, famous Taiwan Style Ramen and our Stew Beef Rice. Our signature freshly brewed Bubble Milk Tea will capture your love for bubble tea.
