Happening on the 25 July 2019, 7pm at MAD School, it has famous publisher Phoon and multiple award winning design guru Kenji conducting a free talk on "How to become a writer" for all who are interested.

An established publisher, Mr Phoon Kok Hwa from Candid Creative Publishing has helped hundreds of writer publish their own books and will be sharing how one can be a writer in Singapore and publish your own book online and offline.

DESIGN

Kenji on the other hand will give you insights on how to design your book to make an impression and various tactics about visual communication in bite-size delivery.

Kenji has received his professional design training in Japan in the early 90s and has been in various roles within the creative industry before deciding to share his knowledge with the next generation of creatives through teaching.

​Over the past few years, he has personally nurtured and guided students to win more than 120 international awards and recognition from Germany, Canada, United Kingdom, Singapore, etc.
