Radish Ride is built around teamwork in a small, growing tourism business.

That means there is a lot to learn — and everyone has a part to play.

Small team, shared responsibility

On one day, you might spend most of your time preparing for tours and welcoming guests.

On another, you might help capture photos, support the next departure or suggest ways to improve the guest experience.

The work follows the needs of the operation. We cannot promise that every shift will involve driving, guiding or content creation.

What matters is being ready to contribute where you are needed.

Communication makes the difference

A small team works best when people share information, ask questions and help each other.

You do not need to know everything from day one. We value people who are willing to learn, take feedback on board and communicate when they need support.

Reliability matters just as much as enthusiasm.

私たちが提供するのは、小型のオープンエアEVに乗り、お客様ご自身の運転で三浦の絶景スポットを巡るガイド付きツアーです。 Radish Ride offers guided self-drive journeys along the Miura Peninsula. Guests take the wheel of compact, open-air electric vehicles and travel through some of the most serene coastal and countryside scenery within reach of Tokyo. ◼️独自性　A different way to travel レンタサイクルやレンタカーとは違い、私たちは単なる「乗り物の貸し出し」は行いません。「専属ガイドが先導」し、一緒にツアーを回ります。 Every journey is led by a dedicated local guide, with guides accompanying the group at the front and rear. これにより、日本の道に不慣れな外国人旅行者の方でも安全・安心に楽しんでいただけるだけでなく、「普通の観光客は絶対に通らない秘密のルート」へとお連れすることができるのです。排気ガスもエンジン音も出さない静かなEVだからこそ、三浦の豊かな自然を壊すことなく、潮風や鳥の声、土の匂いをダイレクトに感じることができます。 Even those new to Japanese roads can travel with complete peace of mind. With a maximum of six guests, each tour remains intimate, opening the way to quiet lanes and hidden viewpoints few visitors ever see. Our vehicles are silent and emission-free, allowing guests to move gently through the landscape, with the sea breeze and birdsong close at hand. お客様に心の底から楽しんでいただけるよう、心温まるおもてなしとガイドを提供するのが私たちの重要な役割です。スマホでの写真撮影のお手伝いはもちろん、三浦の雄大な海や畑を活かした「ドローンによる空撮」も用意しており、圧倒的な非日常体験と思い出作りをサポートします。 Thoughtful guiding and sincere hospitality lie at the heart of everything we do. Along the way, we capture each guest's moments, and aerial drone footage is available to preserve the journey from above. ◼️これからの展開　Looking ahead スタート直後から、世界的な予約プラットフォームと連動した多言語Webサイトを活用し、欧米豪を中心としたインバウンド観光客や、首都圏の若者層・グループを直接三浦へと呼び込みます。ゆくゆくは、未利用野菜の収穫などを行う「農業体験」、魚市場を見学する「海業体験」、さらには日本各地の美しい地域への「他拠点展開」も視野に入れて事業を拡大していきます。 Since our launch in September 2026, we have welcomed travelers from Europe, North America and Australia, as well as guests from across the Tokyo area. In time, we hope to offer farm experiences such as vegetable harvesting, seaside experiences such as fish market visits, and to bring this way of traveling to other quiet, beautiful corners of Japan.
