☕ 9:00 AM – Coffee and Daily Standup

We kick off the day with a quick sync — not just to talk tasks, but to check in with each other. It’s about alignment and connection.

💻 10:00 AM – Deep Work Time

Whether it’s building a React front-end, optimizing APIs, or integrating AI features, our engineers enjoy focused time without unnecessary meetings.

🍜 12:00 PM – Lunch & Laughs

Sometimes we order in, sometimes we explore Hà Đông’s hidden gems — but lunch is always team time. Bonus: our CEO sometimes joins, and yes, he eats fast 😄

👨‍💻 1:30 PM – Client Demo or Code Review

You might jump on a Zoom with a client in Tokyo or join a code review session. We keep things lightweight and constructive — learning is part of the process.

🔧 3:00 PM – Pair Programming or R&D Time

If you're stuck, someone’s got your back. We often pair up, and we reserve time every week for trying out new tools and technologies.

🍻 5:30 PM – Done for the day

When the work is good, we celebrate it. Sometimes that’s a quick drink, sometimes it’s just a “nice push!” in the chat.
