This is an unpaid, do-it-in-your-free-time type position. International Volunteer Group (IVG) is looking for someone who can plan and implement marketing strategies over our social media networks. Our fundraising events are aimed at an English and Japanese speaking audience.

Position details:

Planning marketing contents: Make use of our media outlets and event topics while keeping our goals in mind.

Project management: You'll be responsible for replying to participants, and while there are multiple fundraisers happening, refer to our other members who are community managers, photographers, designers, and engineers.

Requirements:

Capable of doing this on his/her spare time.

Can not only create a plan, but present and execute it.

Can use Excel and Power Point

Can speak conversational Japanese and English

大事な募金を集めるイベントなどを開催するの際に英語または日本語を話せる人向けに、International Volunteer Group (IVG) のソーシャルメディアを通じて情報発信などを行う広告企画の提案／実施などのソリューションを提供します。

・募集内容

- 広告コンテンツの企画：ソーシャルメディアなどを活用した話題拡散を念頭に置いた企画の立案を行う。
- プロジェクトマネジメント：参加者の窓口になり、複数のファンドレイザーを管理しながら、コミュニティマネージャーや撮影スタッフ、デザイナー、エンジニアとの連携を図りながら業務を遂行していく。

・募集条件：
- 手すき勤務可能な方
- Webマーケティングに関するマーケティングプロジェクト運用経験者/未経験も歓迎。
- 広告コンテンツの企画および、提案、実行ができる方
- ベースとなるPCスキル（ExcelやPowerPointなど）
- 英語は日常会話ができる方
